Took my car in for an oil change and everything went exactly as promised. They took the car at the scheduled time, completed the service as expected, and were professional throughout. I appreciated how they treated my car, just as I would myself. Great experience overall. Would definitely return.

The customer service is good and the timeliness of the service is great. For oil changes the dealership has a better price, but Bimmer gets you in and out.

It was my first time there. I came in for a oil change. I was told that my vehicle had a possible fluid leak at the rear differential pinion area. I wasn't told if this needed to be repaired right away, only that they will keep a eye on it. When I got my bill for the oil change at the bottom of the invoice it said I declined to repair the differential possible leak. I'm leaving on a trip to new jersey I hope I have no issues during my trip.

Contacted BPC for a pre purchase inspection of a x3m competition. They coordinated with the dealership, kept their finding confidential, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. So I bought the car. And I’ll be making BPC my primary shop.
