I own a 2008 550i I purchased in June 2024. I have had to make both expected and unexpected visits for repairs. The previous owner used BPC so I thought it was a good idea to stick with them since they knew the car. I am glad I did! The customer service there has been nothing short of outstanding. Both Jackson and Keyona are an asset to BPC. They are friendly and are able to articulate what repairs can wait and which ones cannot. They have allowed me to vent my feelings and frustration (lol!) while coming up with strategies and solutions that work for me financially……….. Rob
