Yesterday was my first visit of getting repairs done on my BMW. I must say after moving from Northern Virginia and experiencing exceptional service at the sterling dealership, Yet, Bimmer Performance met all of my expectations. They were very professional and caring. Warm greeting from staff with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to make me a happy customer. I was indeed pleased and impressed. Oh, I was accustomed to loaner cars while getting my car serviced, and they exceeded my expectations on providing me a loaner car. I will most certainly make Performance Bimmer my go to spot for servicing my car.

BPC installed tires that shipped from Tire Rack and kept them stored on location until I could schedule an appointment for the installation. Road force balancing is a desirable element for me.

I reached out for an estimate to get some routine maintenance done on my X3 on Tuesday. Keyona got the quote back same day and it was much better priced than other BMW shops in the area! I accepted the estimate and was able to bring my car down yesterday and got it back the same day! Definitely recommend and will be bring my other cars here in the future.
