Bimmer is next level. Scheduling an appointment and even rescheduling was very easy. When I got there they took my car right away. The lounge/waiting area is super comfy and cool. They’ve got all this modern furniture and coffee! I guess they did a great job. I mean it was only an oil change, but I’ll definitely keep going. And the only issue I have which won’t stop me from returning is the price point. So just be prepared for that. The oil change would have been cheaper at the BMW dealership, but I could not get an appointment right away, so that is basically what I paid for.

After many years of using only BMW dealers (since new) Bimmer Performance Center has become my preferred provider to maintain and service my 2015 320d SportsWagon. I bought this unique vehicle with the intention of keeping it for a long time. The dealer was both expensive and rife with personnel turnover. If you’re like me, and you want a relationship with the service provider, BPC is a great choice in the Triangle Area.

Top notch as always, and glad they are finally in the new long-awaited location. I like working on my own car, but when it's beyond my skill set, I know where to go. They work on OEM but have enough aftermarket performance experience that I have confidence taking my not-so-stock BMW to them, too. Even if it's not a mechanical issue but a recommendation on another automotive-related task, BPC is whom I call for a recommendation.

Took my car for an alignment, after having newly installed coilovers, front camber plates, and adjustable front tension arms. I knew a normal shop would struggle to complete an alignment to a spec I wanted. BPC not only did my alignment to my requests but they also exceeded my expectations. The advisors and technicians went above and beyond, every single adjustment point is torque striped, the service record included screenshots from the alignment rack to accurately record achieved values. Fantastic job, fair price, and fantastic people. New facility looks fantastic too!

I just bought my M6 and took it straight to Bimmer Performance after being recommended by National Speed in Wilmington. Service Advisor Brandon was excellent—he kept me updated every step of the way. The owner even personally inspected the car to reassure me that I made a solid purchase and that it only needed some minor TLC. Bimmer Performance completed rod bearing replacements, upper and lower oil pan gaskets, spark plugs, and ignition coil packs. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. The car runs phenomenal now. I highly recommend Bimmer Performance to anyone needing service on their BMW. Great job, guys!

I have a 15 year old BMW and bummer keeps it running wonderfully. Much better than the old BMW dealership that ibought it from in another state.
