I reached out for an estimate to get some routine maintenance done on my X3 on Tuesday. Keyona got the quote back same day and it was much better priced than other BMW shops in the area! I accepted the estimate and was able to bring my car down yesterday and got it back the same day! Definitely recommend and will be bring my other cars here in the future.

I’ve taken my BMW here several times now, and every experience has been excellent. They really know BMWs and take the time to diagnose the problem correctly instead of just throwing parts at it. They’ve replaced my belt and tensioner, handled maintenance, and helped troubleshoot a few electrical issues, and everything has been done professionally and at a fair price. Communication has always been great, and they explain what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand.
