I took my E36 M3 race car to Bimmer Performance at the recommendation of a friend. There was some engine work that needed to be done and they did a great job. While it was there I told them to look it over and give me recommendations about any other work that should be done. They found several additional items that needed repair and kept me in the loop with everything. They called about each item and told me the cost and asked before doing any of the repairs. Some of the parts had to be shipped from out of the country and I knew it would take a while for them to be delivered. They called at least once a week with an update and always kept me in the loop. There were no surprises, today, when I picked up the car. They are honest and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Bimmer Performance Center showed excellent service from the very beginning. Very prompt in returning my call about setting up a tow and addressing my concerns. Quick diagnostic and my service Rep Jackson Blackwell was very thorough and kept me in the loop. I had my car back in two days fully repaired and no hidden fees or service I was unaware of. Whenever I had a question their was a prompt response. By the time BMW Dealerships and competition got back to me I was already back on the road.....Hands down Best BMW Service in the area!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money going with another shop!

Although it remains to be seen, since I just got my car a few days ago, I do trust their workmanship, and I believe they are doing their best to address concerns regarding vehicle maintenance in advance. It is still up to the customer to approve the estimate before proceeding.
