Wonderful people and they fixed my BMW. Very professional and great communications.

I arrived on time and they pulled my vehicle in at the scheduled time to start working on it, which is better than the dealership. That is, they take in your vehicle and may not start working on it until late in the afternoon. They finished my vehicle ahead of time to my delight. They also pointed out a few issues that the dealer did not find and I paid for an inspection II. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Thanks to Zack (Zach?) for taking care of my E46 M3. Sharp guy, knows his stuff and didn’t balk when an insane person (me) showed up with a sheet with extremely precise alignment specs and asks. The car had a ton of suspension work done and with BPC’s support, it is now super dialed in. Fit as a fiddle. And always - Keyona out front is a wonderful person to communicate with. Thanks guys.

Ok, these people rock. Story time: I have a very custom 2018 BMW M2. I have had this custom hood that I installed myself. I installed it myself because I literally couldn't find a place to install it 4 me. No body shop would return my calls and my regular mechanic just flat out refused. Because I installed it myself I messed it up and it started causing me issues. After a BMW meet up I discovered this shop and asked if the could please please help me. They agreed and found out I was missing a minor 30 dollar part. They didn't have it on hand but the OWNER was ok with using a part from his car, so I could get my car back that same day. I agreed and they got my hood all sorted for me. I think thats dope and really appreciate the going above and beyond. And!!@@@!! The sorted my windshield wiper fluid squerters that also weren't done right (by me).. how awesome is that? Big fan of this place.
