Their new location is wonderful. I was able to work and even have online meetings while I waited. Service was quick and service manager was friendly and took the time to explain some things to monitor on my car. I had forgotten my water bottle in the waiting area and another manager, Keyona, brought it out out to me at my car in the parking lot when I was about to leave. I had a great experience here. Highly recommend these guys.

Bimmer Performance Center couldn’t have come along at a better time in my life as a BMW owner. After purchasing 2 BMWs from a local dealership and having the 1st car practically having engine failure 7 days after purchasing it, I bought another BMW from them bc they wouldn’t return my downpayment. The new BMW presented an overheating code and the warranty didn’t cover the repairs and The dealership wasn’t going help either, so I took to google and BIMMER PERFORMANCE CENTER came up. From day 1 Brendan reassured me that they would diagnose the issue and check with me prior to any work was done…. Their patience was epic bc I was actually out of town when I decided to have them fix my car. They surprised me with having the repairs done in a few days….BPC also made me more familiar with this beautiful machine we call BIMMER and I am not able to start my car with confidence and assurance that I will be able to enjoy driving many miles in this beautiful car… I can’t thank BPC enough I’ve just found a pit crew for my 530il…. 10 STARS- can’t wait to see the NEW BUILDING.
