Brought my e46 in for track alignment, corner balance, and tech inspection. Keyona, Brenden, and Zach were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job with a tight deadline getting the car squared away and ready for VIR. I felt safer and more confident in the car knowing that Zach was working on the car and has an e46 himself. The teams knowledge, experience, and attentiveness to your needs and objective is refreshing in an industry that is too often transactional in nature. Will be coming back anytime I need more track prep.

I've had many repairs, and routine maintenance jobs performed by BPC. Dan and crew know BMW's extremely well, both from newer to older models. They have all the BMW software capabilities to diagnose any issues and reprogram our cars if necessary. Their customer service is "top shelf", both from the service writers to the work performed by their techs. I've never left disappointed in anyone or anything. Highly recommended!

Prior to working with BPC, automotive work seemed just like a chore. The dentist visit, your annual physical. But the experts at BPC that I have worked with: Brenden, Zack, and Keona (spelling??) welcomed me and my ridiculous car with its ridiculous problems with open arms. Y’all helped me figure out a good plan of action to restore a classic car and helped me build a plan to do it gradually. That kind of service is unheard of. And that’s why I went to the open house! to be perfectly clear: everyone I have met at BPC is professional and just generally a nice person. The facility that the owner built is based on his experience of 15 or more years in the area. Not only do they have dedicate and fully equipped bays to accommodate vehicles old and new, they’ve already dedicated areas specifically to work on electric vehicles with giant power hook ups and battery swapping doo-dads and stuff. No business owner invests this kind of money without planning to be there for the long haul. I actually feel like I’m part of a community since bringing my car to them. Not only will I bring my specialty weirdo yellow car but I’ll bring my everyday silly blue car as well. enthusiastically recommended. 11 out of 10 stars.
