I was traveling on the interstate and my car stopped, 4 hours away from my destination. While waiting for the tow truck I took the liberty to research repair shops in the area and found BPC. They listened as I described my experience. Once they had my car they did a thorough check, duplicated the problem, gave a quote for the repairs and advised of other abnormalities found. Their online process for delivery of the quote and what you want performed is way above most shops. BPC is truly concerned about you and your car.

BPC is my best BMW service experience so far. Independent shops for BMW’s that do a good job are pretty hard to find these days but these guys are excellent. It is still BMW service and these cars need care to keep them running correctly; but BPC knows how to do that and they know the common issues with a variety of cars. I was informed throughout the entire process of service I was having done complete with photos and inspection report. Jackson kept me up to date, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured about any recommended service. I am confident that if I were not as informed as I am about these vehicles they would happily explain all their recommendations in an easy to understand way. I never felt that any of the recommendations were to make extra money; they were bringing to my attention things that can become a bigger (and more expensive) issue that they would want someone to tell them if they drove the vehicle. I am an enthusiast of these cars and it took me over a year to find the car I purchased due to rarity and options (it’s 1/50 in the U.S.). I say that to say that I am extremely protective of my vehicle but I trust this shop to do work completely. I have two other rare BMW’s and will soon be moving out of state but would consider the near 4 hour drive to come back here if I needed a major service. Plus they have a 2 year warranty on all parts and labor AND they’re an independent dealer that offers service loaners (often something that isn’t done unless you have a newer car at a dealer). If you want an honest shop where they treat your car like their own, appreciate BMW’s from the rare to the common, and want to keep your BMW running for 200k+ miles this is the place!
