Very good customer service and the staff was amazing

I leave this review from the perspective of someone with dealership experience in the past. I just had my first experience with them, had it towed in on a Saturday when they weren’t open with no appointment. I received a digital quote with pics, technician notes, and feedback by 9 am Monday when they opened. From there, the car was repaired and ready to go by 330 pm that very same day. Furthermore all questions were answered in a calm professional manner with prompt communication. Are they the cheapest around? Doubt it… however when you chose to own a German vehicle you’ve got to pay to play and paying for legitimate experts at a smooth running shop is well worth the potential headache otherwise. Shoutout to my service advisor Jackson and the crew up there. I will 100% be back and recommend in the future.
