Brought my 2011 335d to BPC all the way from Greenville, SC to have Stage 2+ setup performed. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service or work performed. Randall was constantly in touch with me on the status of the car. When I dropped it off, someone was there even on a day they were closed and pulled it in to the shop so it wasn’t left out all weekend. The stage 2+ tune is amazing. Feels like a different car. Mustangs and Camaro’s are getting smoked left and right. Bob is the best in the business at what he does. Highly recommend!!!!! There is no alternative.

I have had a bad experience with BPC. Long story short, when talking with them about purchasing a stage II+ tune for my 335d, I asked if any tweaking could be done to the tune if I wasn't happy with anything - because it is expensive. I was assured that I would be happy with the tune. Well, when I received it, the car ran too smoky for my liking. It went weeks of them telling me my car was the cause of the smoking and very bad fuel economy. I even took their recommendation of taking my car to a dealer for some tests which proved there were no issues with my car. BPC offered no post sale support for a tune that cost me $1,000. I even requested a refund and that my DDE gets returned to stock, and all they could do is tell me there was something wrong with my car. I was always civil when talking with them. At this point they stopped returning my emails. I do not recommend BPC for any of their products, I am very dissatisfied with their post sale customer service and support - especially for the high cost of their tune, which I'm still wondering the true source of. I have completely re-tuned my DDE meaning I completely lost $1,000. Matt

My cars are always returned to me working better than when I brought them in, no matter how complex the work. They also do excellent race/track preparation, as my track car proves. As others note, they're expensive. But I keep coming back because I'm guaranteed to get what I paid for.

Been going to Bimmer Performance Center for a few years. I have nothing to say but good things about the owner and the service techs. These folks take care of you and your car and never perform any repairs until they go over all the details with you... I prefer taking my car here over any BMW dealership.

I recently had my car serviced here...Beyond professional service at an amazing price. Had my car towed overnight... was promptly called first thing in the morning. Was quoted an amazing price for repair and an unbelievably fast completion of work..along with a list of other things to keep my eye on in the future. They were literally half the price of what the dealerships quoted me. I've had BMW's for 15 years and by far they are the best shop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I won't bring my cars to anyplace else.

I've had my 2011 X5 diesel back in operation now for over 2 months (and 3K miles) - could not be more pleased with the performance! My experience with Thomas and this group was exceptional, and their workmanship has been excellent. I drive long distances and the diesel has been a great option for me until the emissions system started to fail. My options at the dealer were very limited and Bimmer Performance Center offered an upgrade solution to my problem that worked great! I've already been referring friends and very thankful I found these folks. My X5 has 208K miles and is running exceptionally well - Thanks Guys!!!

Josh, Randell & Tom have been wonderful in keeping my E46 M3 running like a top. They recently fixed a power steering issue that had been bugging me for some time and another shop could not diagnose. They also saved a friend of mine thousands of dollars in suspension repairs on his X5 by finding out that the issue was not the airbags but rather software related. Thanks again!!!!

Paid them to Diagnose my car twice and gave them a lot of $$$ to do so. They told me it was either the DME or the fuel injectors. Relaced BOTH and $5000 later brought it back with the same issue. Not only did I leave the second time with my car running WORSE than I took it into them with. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS STILL THE DME AND FUEL INJECTORS. After talking to them on three separate occasions they told me that it’s my fault because I (a mechanic for 7 years) replaced the injectors and DME myself. They refused to look at my car without me giving them MORE money even though they destroyed it more. They do not guarantee their work even when they basically destroy someone’s property for money. Then blame the client
