Jason and team were very professional during our experience. It was our first time there and needed some repairs on a 2014 740i, though was unaware of the cause of the rough ride. Jason took the time to ask specific questions and was quickly able to determine the problem. The price and time to repair was very reasonable. We plan to have BMWs for a long time and will continue to get all our work with Bimmer.

I love the customer service here. Everybody is nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My loaner car was very old though. It was antique but not in a good way. Other than that every was great!!

Great staff and great service! I had my sound system upgraded through these guys. One of the speakers malfunctioned shortly after install. The team was very quick to resolve the issue. They tested the old one, ordered a new one and had it installed within a couple days! I appreciated their communications with me. They were always quick to respond and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They’ve got my business with any other issues I may have in the future.

I have used BPC for over 5 years for numerous BMWs that I have owned. I trust them with my F30 335i, X3M Competition, E46 M3 and more. Dan and his team are top notch. Their passion for BMWs and customer service is unmatched. You do not have to worry about a sales rep trying to upsell you a new car like you experience at the dealership. They have the same equipment as the dealer and their pricing is less. Do not hesitate using them if you want the best for your BMW or have an issue that others shops are scratching their head at.
