Crystal and the team did a great job at inspecting and fixing every bit of the car. Communication is quick and easy. Pricing is transparent. Service on the car was pristine. I really appreciated that they looked at everything an provided recommendations. Also, they provided me with a loaner for the weekend!

After several recommendations from friends, I tried BPC this week and I am now a raving fan. They provided outstanding BMW expertise and service for me. Also, they did everything in accordance to the timeline expectations we had set which was very important for my schedule.

Excellent Service. I've taken my bmw to 5 different places including the import company I bought it from, and none of them compared to my experience with Bimmer Performance. They were able to diagnose the problems and fix the vacume pump for the turbos. I got it back in 2 days! This is now my go-to shop for bmw servicing. Affordable and Reliable. They also have a Dyno there.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable! I was in and out faster than I expected and prices are affordable. I also like how they give you the things you need done ahead of time so you can actually plan for service and repairs!

Brought my 2011 335d to BPC all the way from Greenville, SC to have Stage 2+ setup performed. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service or work performed. Randall was constantly in touch with me on the status of the car. When I dropped it off, someone was there even on a day they were closed and pulled it in to the shop so it wasn’t left out all weekend. The stage 2+ tune is amazing. Feels like a different car. Mustangs and Camaro’s are getting smoked left and right. Bob is the best in the business at what he does. Highly recommend!!!!! There is no alternative.

I have had a bad experience with BPC. Long story short, when talking with them about purchasing a stage II+ tune for my 335d, I asked if any tweaking could be done to the tune if I wasn't happy with anything - because it is expensive. I was assured that I would be happy with the tune. Well, when I received it, the car ran too smoky for my liking. It went weeks of them telling me my car was the cause of the smoking and very bad fuel economy. I even took their recommendation of taking my car to a dealer for some tests which proved there were no issues with my car. BPC offered no post sale support for a tune that cost me $1,000. I even requested a refund and that my DDE gets returned to stock, and all they could do is tell me there was something wrong with my car. I was always civil when talking with them. At this point they stopped returning my emails. I do not recommend BPC for any of their products, I am very dissatisfied with their post sale customer service and support - especially for the high cost of their tune, which I'm still wondering the true source of. I have completely re-tuned my DDE meaning I completely lost $1,000. Matt

My cars are always returned to me working better than when I brought them in, no matter how complex the work. They also do excellent race/track preparation, as my track car proves. As others note, they're expensive. But I keep coming back because I'm guaranteed to get what I paid for.

Been going to Bimmer Performance Center for a few years. I have nothing to say but good things about the owner and the service techs. These folks take care of you and your car and never perform any repairs until they go over all the details with you... I prefer taking my car here over any BMW dealership.
