Really pleased so far with the guys over at Bimmer Performance. I purchased a BMW Z4 from Carvana and took it to these guys for a post purchase inspection. They identified a number of critical repairs that needed to be done, totaling in excess of $7000. The report they showed me was very clear and comprehensive with lots of pictures detailing exactly what needed to be done. Where the customer service rep Jackson really went above and beyond though, was spending several hours back-and-forth on the phone with Carvana’s warranty company Silverrock, holding their feet to the fire to get them to honor their obligation to fix the car. He also spent time with an adjuster that they sent out, pointing out to him precisely the scope of work that needed to be done. Initially Silverrock had refused to authorize many of the repairs that were necessary. In the end, they nickel and dimed us on a few things, but ultimately agreed to pay for over 90% of the repairs, which is generally unheard of for most of these shady warranty companies. The bottom line is, these guys go above and beyond. And while I’m hopeful that I won’t have to go back for too many repairs while I own this car, I’m confident that if I do, I’ll be in great hands.
