I worked with Randall on service for my E30. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions. The team was great about suggesting other items that were due to be replaced when they came across them, but I did not feel pressured to perform any unnecessary service. All work was complete in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely work with them again.

Got a 4 wheel alignment done, cost me less than I was expecting and was cheaper than going to the dealership. Guys were friendly, it was done pretty quickly, and it was a perfect job, car drove leagues better afterwards. Definitely the place to go for any Bimmer work you need done.

Paid the Diagnostic Fee They didn't find the issue, just told me to replace the injectors, which may or may not fix it, then quoted $3,000 to fix it.

Bimmer Performance Center WILL take care of your bimmer...period. They will not make any additional suggestions or recommend anything you DON’T need. They are definitely in tune with your bimmer, will find what is wrong with it (if anything) and will save you hundreds over the dealership costs! Customer service is great too! Save yourself a headache and head here for your bimmer needs.

More professional than dealers and costs less

My first time using this company to do some software updating and coding on my BMW i3. They were very friendly and professional. When I left their shop I noticed that one of the codes wasn't exactly the way I wanted it so I emailed them to let them know. They told they would send somebody to my office to pick it up, leave me a loaner and then return my car. They did just that and had my car back to me by 11:00 AM. I will continue to use them for all of my service work on my i3 and my x3.
