Excellent service. Work is done well and on time. Service manager, Ms. Littlejohn, is perhaps the best service manager I’ve experienced. BPC is on the expensive side, due to parts being OEM and supplied by a dealer.

Took 09 528i to Bimmer performance due to oil droplets on the ground. They did a complete diagnostics and highlighted critical and minor issues. The team was very professional and they rectified all issues in a fast and timely manner. I expected the worst but can you believe I got my car back the same day. I highly recommend these guys, I will only work with them in future. 5 star service from the front desk to the mechanics. Do not take your Bimmer anywhere else. I kid you not. I had oil leaking on timing belt, radiator hose it was just a mess. I do have some minor work to be done and I will visit again.
