One could not be as impressed and satisfied as I with everyone at BPC! They are very thorough with the quality of service in all aspects, very timely, as well as top notch professionalism. The biggest shoutout to my technician, Zach, who (by a country mile) is the best person that I could have imagine working on my vehicles! I also cannot forget the two fabulous service advisors, Keyona and Jackson! They were able to get me in quickly with no hassle and did a fantastic job looking over my vehicle. I am beyond excited to go back for service. Bimmer Performance Center is the gold standard, I will never return to a dealership after my interactions with this place of business. They have a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and go to BPC, you will be as impressed; if not more, than I am.

I take our BMW 528i there for my oil changes and periodic maintenance. This time was oil change and installing new cabin filters - always quality work, reasonably priced.

I have taken my x3 to the bmw dealership multiple times and received less than ideal service to say the least. I decided to switch it up and put my trust in bimmer performance center. I had an AMAZING experience. Jackson was very thorough and professional from beginning to end. I had been told.I needed a heater core, my friends at Bimmer ask if they could do a diagnostic first, found out it was only a water valve issue!! Woohoo thanks Bimmer!
