Came in late on the afternoon with a brake lamp malfunction and it was repaired in 15 min

I've taken my 2018 BMW i3s to BPC for the last year and have found the quality of service to be superior. Whether installing after market accessories or providing regular maintenance, their clear knowledge of the vehicle shined through every time.

They are awesome glad I was referred to this place. Ms. Keyona the Service Advisor is so much fun to work with she is VERY thorough with keeping you updated with your vehicle! I love that they only perform work only on "bimmers"! I give 5 stars because they have been awesome to my babies! I'm a hypochondriac when it comes to my vehicle maintenance and dashboard warning lights coming on and bimmer performance make sure to let me know it will be alright and they will get me taken care of. Went for an oil change on my 2002 330. The front desk people were very personable, the price was fair, and the estimated time was accurate. The waiting area was clean, and fully stocked with coffee and water. Great experience overall.

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This shop is my preferred choice when it comes to maintenance for my ‘13 M5. Their pricing is competitive compared to dealerships in the area, the diagnostics for troubleshooting problems have been consistently more accurate, and they’ve had a much quicker turnaround for completing services. They use a user friendly interface to approve/decline both customer requested services and for recommendations based on the technician’s findings after inspections, which is a nice feature.

I was a service advisor at a BMW dealer in Florida in the past; I can say with 100% confidence this is one of the best BMW facilities in the country. I live in Atlanta these days but make the drive up whenever I need something fixed.
