If you have a BMW, do yourself and bring your car here. You will not be disappointed. Dan and his team are passionate about BMWs and love what they do, which was evident during my first encounter with them and visit to their facility. They have all the necessary equipment and expertise to do both basic and complex maintenance repairs and mild to wild performance upgrades to your BMW. I recently brought my wife's 2012 X5 SAV here for routine maintenance and my 2011 335d here for some major performance upgrades including a custom tune. You would be hard pressed to find any other place in the Triangle who is as knowledgable as these guys in their field, including BMW diesel engines. Just take a look at the cars coming in and out of their facility. I would recommend highly recommend this place to anyone who is in search of some TLC for their BMW.

Dan and his team have been working on my X5 and 650i for years. Top notch service, excellent understanding of the nuances of BMW's and always available to answer any questions.Dan usually comes out and sits in the car with me to show off all the hidden features buried deep inside the 500 page user manuals which is greatly appreciated. My cars always run better when I pick them up after service. Great shop all around!

Top-notch people doing honest work. Way different from dealer behavior and way better than other alternatives in Raleigh.

I was recently introduced to BPC by my neighbor. I own a 750Li and up until this point, have taken it to the dealership whenever there is an issue....no more!! BPC has an amazing staff that REFUSED to allow me to spend additional money and have services performed that were not yet needed on the vehicle. Prices are the fairest you will find for any European vehicle, and Dan's (and all the techs) knowledge is surpassed only by their professionalism. I recently replaced all the pads and rotors myself, and noticed a slight vibration, which shouldn't have occurred as the parts were all high end and install was performed meticulously. Dan (owner) diagnosed the problem personally, and refused to accept payment for the diagnosis...try that at any BMW dealership!! The key to owning ANY European car is having a mechanic that you can trust, and you can certainly trust the crew at BPC, not only with your car, but with your wallet. I drive nearly a hour to get to BPC, but the drive and time is well worth it. The only down side is, there is NOWHERE close to eat (walking distance), so if your repair is going to take a while, bring a snack and a book! Otherwise, sit back, relax, know your car is in great hands, and enjoy counting all the money your saving over taking your ride to the dealerships....now you can afford to have your car dynoed at BPC!

Dan and the boys @ BPC are great! They are very knowledgeable and love to talk BMW's. As a BMW enthusiast and DIY'er, I've had some questions regarding my M3 repair and they were very willing to help me out. One of the only shops around I would trust with my cars. I owe you guys a 12 pack!

They're competitively priced with the dealer but with a much more direct relationship with the client, something I value a lot when I let someone else touch my vehicles. Service is fast and friendly and will be where I take my Mini Cooper and 328i to for any service I can't handle myself. I took my 2011 BMW 328i there for a transmission filter change, providing my own fluid (AC Delco Dex IV) and they had no complaints about it, he was able to locate a filter to match and my car was ready the next morning. I added on a rear differential flush and fill for a REALLY good price and they use quality synthetic fluids, another plus for me! The dealership attempted to tell me all this was "Lifetime fluid" that is good for the "lifetime of the differential/transmission"; however, like the owner at BPC said "Yes, you want to extend the life of those parts, change the fluid" and that kind of thinking keeps my business!

I have now been to BPC several times and each time I wonder why I would ever take my BMW anywhere else. Dan and the guys always do their best to make it an enjoyable experience and are very negotiable within reason. When I had to be at my house after I dropped my car off for a Check Engine light diagnoses, one of the guys even drove me back to my house then picked me back up when it was done! How many shops would do that? I can't stress how much better the customer service, and overall quality of my visits were than anywhere else in Raleigh. I have been to a number of shops/indys even specializing in Bimmers and no one does it like BPC. They even showed me how to install my new secondary air pump (the cause of the check engine light) to save me money. I didn't ask them too, they took the initiative to save me money which, as a college student, is very important to me. For example: Today, after four separate shops failed at getting my oil filter housing cap off (a stripped nut), I brought it up to BPC and it was done in less than 10 minutes, free of charge. That's great customer service! Big thanks to Dan and all the guys up at BPC, keep up the great work.. I will definitely be back!
