Very good customer service and the staff was amazing

I leave this review from the perspective of someone with dealership experience in the past. I just had my first experience with them, had it towed in on a Saturday when they weren’t open with no appointment. I received a digital quote with pics, technician notes, and feedback by 9 am Monday when they opened. From there, the car was repaired and ready to go by 330 pm that very same day. Furthermore all questions were answered in a calm professional manner with prompt communication. Are they the cheapest around? Doubt it… however when you chose to own a German vehicle you’ve got to pay to play and paying for legitimate experts at a smooth running shop is well worth the potential headache otherwise. Shoutout to my service advisor Jackson and the crew up there. I will 100% be back and recommend in the future.

Well organized, professional, and experienced business. My wife and I both had our cars serviced recently (oil/filter change, brake fluid change). Counters were reset, no leaks, no grease/dirt on car or seats…they treated our cars like their cars. Nice waiting area, clean shop. Topped off liquids, and inspected cars for potential issues. Issues were noted on hoth but explained as items they will watch when I return in the future (which I will do). A special note about Keyona Littlejohn - what a great representative for her company! Terrific communication and follow up, very thorough, treated me like I was a client Bimmer Performance wanted to come back. Great experience, reasonable rates, and they absolutely know how to work on bimmers. 10.

I’d taken my car to several shops and they were either booked, dishonest or inept at diagnosing the problem. I consorted with Bimmer and within one day the problem was resolved at an honest price. They really listen to their customers, are skilled and professional and do the work at an honest price! Keyona even managed to get me a loaner at the last minute. While the shop is a bit far for me, I’d certainly use them again. Thank you Bimmer!

Super friendly staff. Very professional with excellent customer service as well. Very knowledgeable about my coolant issue. I admired the fact that Jackson was honest with me when I asked about repairs that I needed currently and in the future. Some mechanics like to get over on women, so I appreciated that, truly.
