Great experience with these folks, from check in to pickup. Wasn’t made to feel like any less of an enthusiast pulling up in one of my 20 year old E46’s where there’s tuned M’s all around, really appreciated that aspect as machines like that aren’t in everyone’s price range. Keyona at the front desk was very helpful and polite assisting me through the whole process. Went in for a wheel alignment and they got it right the first time (more than I can say for a few other indy shops I have been to around the Raleigh area). In my 15 years of owning BMW’s, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had with a shop and they will certainly get more of my business in the future.
