Customer service was exceptional! Jackson was very communicative and polite and I felt as if he was working on my car like it was his own. Very knowledgeable and transparent. I asked for a Diagnostic as my car was recently in an accident and needed to know what was bent out of spec. he told me exactly what needed to be replaced before I could get an alignment, it was taken care of for a reasonable price. my car is better than it has ever been before! I would highly recommend this shop if you want your car taken care of properly.

I have been taking my vehicles to BPC for almost 7 years now and I have never been anything short of blown away. Recently Jackson Blackwell has gone above and beyond. He and the technicians identified major issues on a pre-purchase inspection, which saved me thousands of dollars and when my X5 was rear ended recently, Jackson quickly provided me with detailed service records to support the valuation on the car. The people at BPC are top notch and their passion for BMWs is evident in everything they do.

Excellent service. Work is done well and on time. Service manager, Ms. Littlejohn, is perhaps the best service manager I’ve experienced. BPC is on the expensive side, due to parts being OEM and supplied by a dealer.
