My 640GT was acting up. Check engine light on and TPMS was going crazy. Called the Dealership and they said 3 weeks before I could come in. Well I had heard about Bimmer Performance so I checked the reviews and said I'll give them a shot. They saw me the next week! Outstanding customer service and diagnostic. They had me back on the road in a couple of days! Got home and had a question and the owner, Dan called me back twice! I recommend you give them a shot next time your bimmer is on the fritz. A seamless quick install into my 2025 BMW M440i. We installed the Alpha-Tech amp but left the BMW HIFI speakers in place. The sound is now amazingly upgraded! I'll likely keep the original speakers now as I'm totally satisfied. Thanks guys!

I just want to acknowledge that if you are considering BIMMER PERFORMANCE- don't hesitate, the staff starting with one of the most caring, sweet personalities I've ever came across MS. KEYONNA LITTLEJOHN, she is very professional, an puts you at ease when you have anything wrong with your BMW- when she explains everything to me about my BMW- she makes me feel like iam being taking care of. I just want to say as a seven year customer. If you need you BMW- FIXED these are the people. Not only will they fixed it but, they are always completely trustworthy.

The customer service is good and the timeliness of the service is great. For oil changes the dealership has a better price, but Bimmer gets you in and out.

Bimmer Performance always exceeds my expectations fixing my 'older' BMW's. They always fix what is wrong on time and under budget. The triangle is lucky to have such a great team to address all BMW issues.

It was my first time there. I came in for a oil change. I was told that my vehicle had a possible fluid leak at the rear differential pinion area. I wasn't told if this needed to be repaired right away, only that they will keep a eye on it. When I got my bill for the oil change at the bottom of the invoice it said I declined to repair the differential possible leak. I'm leaving on a trip to new jersey I hope I have no issues during my trip.
