I was recently introduced to BPC by my neighbor. I own a 750Li and up until this point, have taken it to the dealership whenever there is an issue....no more!! BPC has an amazing staff that REFUSED to allow me to spend additional money and have services performed that were not yet needed on the vehicle. Prices are the fairest you will find for any European vehicle, and Dan's (and all the techs) knowledge is surpassed only by their professionalism. I recently replaced all the pads and rotors myself, and noticed a slight vibration, which shouldn't have occurred as the parts were all high end and install was performed meticulously. Dan (owner) diagnosed the problem personally, and refused to accept payment for the diagnosis...try that at any BMW dealership!! The key to owning ANY European car is having a mechanic that you can trust, and you can certainly trust the crew at BPC, not only with your car, but with your wallet. I drive nearly a hour to get to BPC, but the drive and time is well worth it. The only down side is, there is NOWHERE close to eat (walking distance), so if your repair is going to take a while, bring a snack and a book! Otherwise, sit back, relax, know your car is in great hands, and enjoy counting all the money your saving over taking your ride to the dealerships....now you can afford to have your car dynoed at BPC!

Dan and the boys @ BPC are great! They are very knowledgeable and love to talk BMW's. As a BMW enthusiast and DIY'er, I've had some questions regarding my M3 repair and they were very willing to help me out. One of the only shops around I would trust with my cars. I owe you guys a 12 pack!

They're competitively priced with the dealer but with a much more direct relationship with the client, something I value a lot when I let someone else touch my vehicles. Service is fast and friendly and will be where I take my Mini Cooper and 328i to for any service I can't handle myself. I took my 2011 BMW 328i there for a transmission filter change, providing my own fluid (AC Delco Dex IV) and they had no complaints about it, he was able to locate a filter to match and my car was ready the next morning. I added on a rear differential flush and fill for a REALLY good price and they use quality synthetic fluids, another plus for me! The dealership attempted to tell me all this was "Lifetime fluid" that is good for the "lifetime of the differential/transmission"; however, like the owner at BPC said "Yes, you want to extend the life of those parts, change the fluid" and that kind of thinking keeps my business!

I have now been to BPC several times and each time I wonder why I would ever take my BMW anywhere else. Dan and the guys always do their best to make it an enjoyable experience and are very negotiable within reason. When I had to be at my house after I dropped my car off for a Check Engine light diagnoses, one of the guys even drove me back to my house then picked me back up when it was done! How many shops would do that? I can't stress how much better the customer service, and overall quality of my visits were than anywhere else in Raleigh. I have been to a number of shops/indys even specializing in Bimmers and no one does it like BPC. They even showed me how to install my new secondary air pump (the cause of the check engine light) to save me money. I didn't ask them too, they took the initiative to save me money which, as a college student, is very important to me. For example: Today, after four separate shops failed at getting my oil filter housing cap off (a stripped nut), I brought it up to BPC and it was done in less than 10 minutes, free of charge. That's great customer service! Big thanks to Dan and all the guys up at BPC, keep up the great work.. I will definitely be back!

Bimmer Performance Center has been my go to place for anything related to my e36 m3. They are more than knowledgeable when it comes to BMW's, they take pride in everything that they do. I thank Dan and all of his affiliates for not only being there but also providing a shop that isn't just there to get the job done and take the money on completion but talking to you and making sure that you are happy with everything that they do. It's hard to find places like Bimmer Performance Center. Definitely one of a kind when it comes to a shop you can take your vehicle and come out happier and know that the guys working care just as much as you do. Thank you for all that you guys do!

These guys came highly recommended by my group of buddies who are all BMW enthusiasts and weekend racers. I recently purchased an E46 wagon that ended up needing a good bit of work. Dan was great and worked with me to get the essentials taken care of so I could get back on the road safely. Dan and his crew's knowledge about BMW is unrivaled and they were also very willing to share this knowledge. Their pricing is great, shop is clean and top notch. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Trust is not normally the first word associated with automotive repair centers. When I moved to Raleigh I was concerned about who I would trust to work on my BMW. I met some of the staff at BPC at cars and coffee and have now become a customer. Dan and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that they give something back to the automotive community by hosting open house events. Dan's shop is equipt to do anything that the dealer can do, better and less expensive. Experience goes along way in automotive repair and Dan has it. DO NOT take your BMW to the dealer, unless you just feel like spending more money than necessary.

Dan really knows his BMW's and has helped me out so much with my 540i. Its hard to find a decent shop that actually cares as much as Dan and the team. They have helped me from recharging my A/C to upgrading my suspension from the factory 540i to Bilstein and H&R Sports. The biggest problem I ran into was when one morning my waterpump had gone out and had to be in at work to meet up with prospective clients. On the way there the waterpump had fully gone out taking out the main drive belt and wrapping itself around the pulley and fling rubber all under the hood. Dan was at BPC before 8am to meet me, as soon as the doors were open they tore into the front of the 4.4 v8 taking everything off and unwrapping the old belt. At this point they had found that the expansion tank was going bad and was replaced for free by BPC since it was replaced when I had my thermostat replaced. The pump, tank, gaskets and belt all arrived before 9 and everything was put back together and was able to make it to work on time. I am very impressed with how Dan and the team work together making sure that everything is taken care of. I will always recommend them to all my Bimmer friends. Keep up the excellent work guys!!!
