Paid them to Diagnose my car twice and gave them a lot of $$$ to do so. They told me it was either the DME or the fuel injectors. Relaced BOTH and $5000 later brought it back with the same issue. Not only did I leave the second time with my car running WORSE than I took it into them with. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS STILL THE DME AND FUEL INJECTORS. After talking to them on three separate occasions they told me that it’s my fault because I (a mechanic for 7 years) replaced the injectors and DME myself. They refused to look at my car without me giving them MORE money even though they destroyed it more. They do not guarantee their work even when they basically destroy someone’s property for money. Then blame the client

It was a nice experience working with this guys. Very knowledge staff and they work in your car really really fast. Reasonable price for the work they have to do. If you're really looking for a great service this are your guys. Nothing better in the triangle area.

Their products are second to none and same goes for the staff. These guys actually care about you and me (the customers) and want you to be happy. I purchased a tune from them and before I even had a chance to flash it to my vehicle, someone had already reached out via e mail to see how my experience was and offer support in case I ran into any issues. I was truly blown away by the attention I was paid as a customer and the willingness BPC showed in taking on any problem that I encountered which by the way, was none. BPC, keep doing what your doing. It's refreshing to see there are still companies like this around. Five stars no doubt!!!

I worked with Randall on service for my E30. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions. The team was great about suggesting other items that were due to be replaced when they came across them, but I did not feel pressured to perform any unnecessary service. All work was complete in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely work with them again.

Got a 4 wheel alignment done, cost me less than I was expecting and was cheaper than going to the dealership. Guys were friendly, it was done pretty quickly, and it was a perfect job, car drove leagues better afterwards. Definitely the place to go for any Bimmer work you need done.
